1、物料管理科接到“订货通知单”时，经办人员应依木托盘规格及订货通知单编号顺序列档，内容不明确应即时反映业务部门确认。

When the Material Management Section receives the "Order Notice", the handling personnel shall file the order according to the specifications of the wooden pallet and the number of the order notice. If the content is not clear, it shall immediately reflect the confirmation of the business department.

2、因客户业务需要，收货人非订购客户或收货地点非其营业所在地的，依下列规定办理：

（1）经销商的订货、交货地点非其营业所在地，其“订货通知单”应经业务部主管核签方可办理交运。

（2）收货人非订购客户应有订购客户出具的收货指定通知始可办理交运。

3、物料管理科接获“订制（货）通知单”才能发货，但有指定交运日期的，依其指定日期交运。

4、订制品（计划品）在客户需要日期前缴库或“订货通知单”注明“不得提前交运”的，物料管理科若因库位问题需提前交运时，应先联络业务人员转知客户同意，且收到业务部门的出货通知后始得提前交运，若系紧急出货时，应由业务部主管通知物料管理科主管先予交运，再补办出货通知手续。

5、订制品交运前，物料管理科如接到业务部门的暂缓出货通知时，应立即暂缓交运，等收到业务部门的出货通知后再交运。紧急时可由业务部门主管先以电话通知物料管理科主管，但事后仍应立即补办手续。

比较后是“木托盘交运单”填立后，须于“订货通知单”上填注日期、“成品交运单”编号及数量等以了解交运情况，若已交毕结案则依流水号顺序整理归档。
